How To Buy An Investment Property At Auction

January 19, 2016

We have helped a lot of investors buy bank-owned properties that were listed “on-the-market”.  But,  we still get a lot of questions about how to go about buying investment properties at auction.  Purchasing property at an auction is an entirely different process, and even though at times buying auctioned properties can seem more like a gamble than an investment, some of the best deals can be found here, if you have the proper knowledge, skills, and patience.

I went down to an auction myself to show you the ins and outs, and I’d love to share my experience, and that of the many investors I know who purchase auctioned properties daily.  Call me at (503) 901-8100 if this type of investment is something you are interested in learning more about.
